We are excited to announce our newest vacation property ‘The Grizzly’.
This large rental has three levels and offers 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and can accommodate more than 10 people. A charming house built in 1995, it has two covered porches and a nicely landscaped yard with shade trees and a small patio. This vacation rental is conveniently located near downtown and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
The ‘Grizzly’ vacation rental property is an ideal choice for large family reunions and wedding parties. The ‘Grizzly Den’, a darling 2-bedroom cottage that sleeps 5 is located on the same property and is also available to rent. Additionally, the ‘Moose Studio’ is next door which can accommodate a couple more guests. Between the three rentals there is the capacity to sleep more than 17 people.
We were very busy remodeling this beauty in the spring of 2017 with fresh paint, adding central air conditioning, installing all new cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances in the kitchen, new flooring throughout, an additional full bathroom, new light fixtures, and fresh, new contemporary furnishings. The main level of this guest house is open concept consisting of the kitchen, a spacious living room furnished in stylish leather furniture, a dining room that will accommodate ten, a 1/2 bath and a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, walk in closet and an attached full bathroom. Large windows throughout the house lets the sunshine in and ceiling fans circulate the Wyoming breezes. Central air conditioning has been installed for the few hot summer days Cody may get.
The second floor has two bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed with a rollaway bed stored in the closet. There is a 3/4 bath in the hall between the bedrooms. These bedrooms and bathroom are bright and airy, featuring skylights, large windows and ceiling fans. Both bedrooms have spacious closets. Each bedroom also has a 32” flat screen TV with Dish programming.
The daylight basement level has a family room with a large reclining sofa, rocker recliner, a futon that opens to a sleeper, refrigerator/freezer for cold drinks, a small microwave for making snacks, 50" Smart TV, DVD player and a CD player with radio. The 4th bedroom is on this basement level and has a double bed plus a twin bed and an attached full bathroom. This level also has a washer, dryer and a large storage closet.
There is a large Smart TV in the living and family room. These TV’s allow you to use your Pandora, Netflix, Roku, hulu and other accounts. The master bedroom on the main level and each bedroom on the second floor has a 32” HD flat-screen television. All televisions in the house have Dish satellite programming
The large yard has covered porches, shade trees, a privacy fence, stone patio, picnic table, lawn chairs, a hammock, a firepit for marshmallow roasting, and a gas grill. We have also made sure to include plenty of deer roaming through for your enjoyment!

There is no smoking allowed on the premises.
No pets allowed.
Signed rental agreement required.
Primary guest must be at least 21 years of age.
Refundable damage deposit required.
Check-in 4:00 p.m.
Check-out 11:00 a.m.
($50 charge for each hour guests occupy the rental past the 11:00 a.m. check-out).

50% deposit is required at reservation; balance due 15 days before check-in.
5% Sales tax + 4% Lodging tax.
$500 Refundable damage deposit is required.
Prior to 60 days of arrival will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the booking; 60 days or less, no refund.
Vacation packages available- cost plus 35%.
Grocery shopping service- cost plus 35% (minimum $50 charge).
Fresh flower & candy basket delivery- cost plus 35%.
Housekeeping services $30 per hour.
